6 Months!

Ah La-La

This is F- with my sister, isn't this a great picture!

First Christmas

I set out for one peticular smile. The one where she smiles, sticks her tongue out and tucks her chin in to show off her double chin. Didn't happen, but I have about 100 not even close shots. The last one is the one she forced me to settle for, she's lucky she's so darn cute and settling isn't such a bad thing.

Ornaments

Somewhere on a website somebody posted some pictures of ornaments and I thought 'they look easy enough, what a great idea'. It wasn't that they were oh so hard to make I kept running into roadblocks. The local photo place not releasing me my photos because they said I didn't take them, that it was obvious a proffesional did. I was angry and flattered all at the same time, but eventually got them, a certain 3 year old helper shattering finished ornaments, wrestling the paper so it fit, etc, etc makes me wonder if it all really worth it.

Candy Cane!

The baby? She's teething and not cooperating, but thats OK I'll get her soon enough. For now I'm thanking Target for having giant candy canes in their $1 isle. Bribery always does the trick. Mr. I Hate Having My Picture Taken, suddenly transformed into a model. MORE than ready to do whatever needed to land his hands on the giant candy cane. Trust me I took full advantage. More to come.....

Such an evil little smile

Halloween

G- sported many different costumes this year, she might require a post of her own. But for trick or treating she was an adorable little red riding hood! T- Captain Rex, Clone Trooper and F- a ragamuffin. When G- asked what her sister was dressed as I told her and she replied "But she doesn't look like a muffin?".
You know its really Halloween when your mother forces you to wear your winter jacket with your costume.

Its amazing to me that the boy who never wants his picture taken will gladly strike a pose when he's wearing a mask and carrying a weapon.

Whats cuter than a baby in a costume? A baby wearing a wig.....even if it is made out of yarn!

Fall

I know after looking at these's pictures you will all wonder "Why isn't her son in more pictures" The answer is simple, it is darn near impossible to get a decent picture of him. The baby doesn't know how to move away from me yet and my eldest daughter is getting into having her photo taken, she enjoys the attention (sometimes). My son repells from it. He either runs or makes horrible faces, he just doesn't care. Right now I need to save up my photographic energy for his 6th birthday coming up, I'll get him - oh yes I will.

I'm sorry but I love a crying baby picure, doesn't she look cute! I know it makes me a bad mother that I laughed when she slipped (no babies were harmed in shooting this picture) and an even worse mom that I stopped to take her picture before I rescued her

Swoon....

Pumpkin Patch 2009

Aaaahhhh I love the fall. The leaves changing, apple picking, pumpkins, Halloween, carmel apples and my favorite pumpkin patches. I already have a ton of pictures to go through, but here are just a couple of my favorites. My mommy goggles are on and so far these are my top 2......but its still early!
Look at her in all her chubby, pumpkin cuteness!

First Day of Preschool

The teacher takes her out of the car and tells her "Wave to your Mom". Instead she blows kisses to her brother!! Traitor! Doesn't she know my heart is breaking as she's walking away!

And off she goes!

Almost 3 Months!

First Smiles

OK I know this isn't a smile, but isn't her double chin ADORABLE!

Third Birthday!

During her family party G- disapeared. She passed out cold on the stair case. Poor thing, its tough turning 3!

First big brother refused to come the party because it was a girl party. He quickly changed his mind once he learned some of the party guests were his friends to. Then he informed me that no way he was going to eat off of Little Mermaid plates, that changed even faster when I pointed out that he would miss out on the pizza and make your own sundae's. It was the sundae's that really won him over, he spent hours staring at the groceries on my counter deciding what he was going to use. How much, in what order. Hot fudge or carmel? Both?? Could he use sprinkles AND candy? Could he really have more than 1 cherry? Could he put the whip cream on? Big decisions in boys life.

Vacation!
